The master of science in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration (HESAA) program has evolved into the largest program of its kind in the United States, preparing graduates to work in many areas of higher education including student affairs and academic support services.
HESAA students utilize Buffalo State's diverse, urban setting as an experiential laboratory to create and manage model programs and services for college students or community clients by transitioning theory to practice. With more than 35 percent of enrolled students from traditionally under-represented populations and a number of students already employed in the profession, students learn from, and with, current and future colleagues.
